Project: Flood-damaged home - Full renovation
Location: Clayton Street, Hermit Park, Townsville
Brief: This property was affected by the floods and let sit for 18 months. It was purchased by a property developer who then engaged TCNQ to complete a full renovation. Our clients only wish for this property was a Hampton style home. Downstairs we reframed out the entire area and sheeted all walls with VJ panelling, installed a vinyl plank floor throughout. Downstairs included a full new kitchen fitted, bathroom/laundry. New tiling to the front and back of the outside patio. All new colonial fixtures, timbers & trims. Re-wired and new plumbing to all of the house. New A/C units throughout the house. Painting to inside and outside of the entire house. New double carport with electric gate. Full irrigation system with new turf and gardens.
We restored this house back to its full glory – a true Hamptons/Townsend style home!!
