Project: Upstairs renovation - Full renovation downstairs due to flood damage
Location: Redpath, Townsville
Brief: TCNQ completed an extension to the upstairs area as well as a full renovation downstairs due to flood damage. The aim was to ensure the home promoted open plan living while keeping in theme with the colonial style.
The upstairs renovations included a new kitchen, bathroom and living area. TCNQ ensured the home sustained its original features by building custom hooded windows as well as laying exterior cladding on the outside of the home. Internally, the team installed VJ lining on the walls and beautiful French doors.
It features polished timber floors, TCNQ’s signature black shower screens and classy bathroom tiles.
Downstairs was a fresh and updated bathroom, toilet, laundry and kitchen to add value and style to the home.
