Brief: Somerdale Pocket was a flood-affected home, we were engaged by the clients after the house had been stripped by an insurance company. We made some modifications to the property to improve flow of the house to then improve the value of the property as the client wanted to sell after the renovation was complete. This was a 4 bed, 2 baths, 2 living, kitchen & garage home that was completely renovated.
