Introducing the Evaria Project at Alligator Creek, a stunning new home custom-built to perfectly blend elegance with tranquility.

Set on a beautiful large block, the home is thoughtfully named Evaria, symbolising "To Live a Calm Life." This vision is realised in a design that embraces an ancient, towering gum tree and offers magnificent views of Alligator Creek.

The homeowners desired a space with natural elevation and excellent ventilation, emphasising a seamless flow between the kitchen, living, dining, and outdoor areas to create the heart of the home. This masterpiece reflects TCNQ’s dedication to quality and building excellence.
